About_

Over the past 18 years, I have built and scaled platforms, teams, and programs from inception to impactful outcomes. My experience centers on launching new organizations, defining multi-year technical roadmaps where none existed, and fostering collaboration across groups that do not typically interact.

My approach combines strong technical judgment with effective program leadership. I am comfortable leading detailed architecture reviews, negotiating scope trade-offs across multiple executive teams, and presenting investment scenarios to senior leadership. I focus on complex challenges that require unifying fragmented ownership, aligning executives with competing priorities, and coordinating work across many teams.

As a program leader, I create conditions for sustained, high-velocity delivery. I establish operational frameworks and business rhythms that persist beyond individual initiatives, drive accountability through data, and foster cross-functional collaboration where teams excel together.

Engineer by training, MBA from UW Foster — I'm comfortable navigating between a system design doc and an investment thesis or P&L statement.

Areas of depth: AI/ML strategy & LLM infrastructure, distributed systems & platform architecture, zero-to-one program and organization building, cross-org governance & operational excellence, risk mitigation & contingency planning, strategic resource planning & OPEX optimization, supply chain & logistics technology.

I'm based in Toronto with global experience across supply chain, logistics, AI/ML, and eCommerce. Currently focused on leadership opportunities in Technical Program Management (TPM), Chief of Staff, or Business Operations. Open to relocation for strategic opportunities in North America and Europe — always happy to connect with leaders working through intricate technology and organizational challenges. Let's talk.
