A comprehensive log of my professional history and academic milestones.

01. Experience

Amazon

APR 2021 — JAN 2026
Seattle, WA

Sr. Technical Program Manager | Alexa+ · AI/LLM at Scale

FEB 2025 — JAN 2026
  • Spearheaded the unbundling of a live monolithic orchestration system — originally built as a deliberate trade-off for rapid launch — into independently owned microservices across multiple VP-level organizations, enabling full-scale product rollout to all US Prime members
  • Orchestrated a multi-org strategic initiative to achieve SVP-level latency goals, formalizing individual latency budgets across disparate Alexa organizations and reducing user-perceived latency by 23% for millions of users
  • Championed the creation of a consolidated LLM development platform, replacing fragmented team-specific GPU management with a centralized system — achieving 30% reduction in premium GPU resource footprint during pilot and directly freeing scarce GPU capacity to accelerate training, fine-tuning, and deployment of updated LLM models

Sr. Technical Program Manager | AWD · Zero-to-One Platform Leadership

APR 2021 — FEB 2025

As the founding TPM leader for AWD, Amazon's upstream bulk storage and distribution platform, now part of Supply Chain by Amazon. Built the technology foundation from manual processes and core capabilities, scaling the platform from a single distribution center to dozens of facilities serving tens of thousands of sellers.

  • Owned AWD's inaugural S-Team goal end-to-end, the team's first technology deliverable, launching automated inventory outbound from AWD warehouses to FBA. Used science-based demand models to optimize placement against storage fees and transportation costs, delivering a hands-off-the-wheel seller experience that scaled from 1 to dozens of distribution centers
  • Identified and resolved a business-continuity sev-2 within 24 hours, discovering the issue firsthand during a warehouse visit when all AWD-to-FBA shipments were blocked from receiving. Coordinated across AWD, FBA, AFT, and SCOT teams to de-risk sellers from going out of stock, establishing immediate mitigations and aligning on long-term solutions
  • Led FFCD (Factory Floor to Customer Door) planning, the initiative that became Supply Chain by Amazon, working across Stores and Operations orgs to define the 1.5-year roadmap. Developed the strategic funding proposal, presenting multiple investment scenarios to secure executive approval and halve time-to-market during a company-wide restructuring, continuously evolving through quarterly reviews
  • Established the Inventory Ledger — AWD's authoritative seller-facing inventory platform — securing leadership buy-in to invest in scalable foundations over expedient alternatives. Achieved 99.99% transaction accuracy, replacing manual reporting and building foundational seller trust
  • Reduced ineligible inventory by 48% and improved order failure rates by 35 basis points within weeks. Built a proactive seller communication system by aligning teams on fragmented eligibility rules, freeing warehouse capacity, and accelerating downstream revenue
  • Instituted AWD's Peak Readiness program — establishing the first-ever operational framework, dashboards, and review cadences — owned the readiness assessment for VP-level go/no-go decisions across 10+ engineering teams for 2 consecutive Q4 cycles with no seller-facing disruptions, ensuring systems could handle a 3x volume spike
  • Influenced strategy across 6 VP-level organizations to architect the inventory reimbursement platform — eliminated months of redundant development by driving alignment on a leaner technical path. Automated reconciliation across two disconnected inventory networks, removing manual overhead and unblocking its adoption
  • Stood up multiple engineering teams from scratch while orchestrating cross-functional programs of 50–100+ distributed contributors. Built high-performing teams that stayed intact across 3 years
  • Directed zero-disruption migration of 3 live distribution centers to a purpose-built bulk inventory management system — mapping every process path and system dependency across active inventory stages where any disruption meant direct seller revenue loss
